Looks excellent to me! Glad to know you can fit some meats.
Could try a spring spacer in the back, or remove weight from the car I the rear. The front ide just keep rolling and pulling the fenders until you don't rub. Just my 2 cents

I would find a body shop, have them literally cut the fender, then add new fender flares to finish the look off smoothly. If you are up to the task yourself, you will need a grinder, fender flares as...
yes check local body shops there should be one around with equipment to roll fenders. If they use heat gun and take time the damage to paint will be greatly minimized.
What about fender rolling? That might be something that can be done.
