Not sure if this is the right place, but I'm excited! Just got my Mirage on Saturday, and yesterday discovered it had the mpg readout by the odometer. I started this morning on my 25 mile commute and it is through mostly suburban areas with a little highway. My average was 50 mpg for the trip!

You may also be interested to know the car has TWO MPG gauges, "A" and "B", but most people only know about the "A" gauge.
The "A" gauge automatically resets after a certain amount of time parked, but the "B" gauge is manually reset, so it's useful for tracking your mileage over full tanks.

No, that's the dumb thing about it. When you switch the car off, it always reverts to showing the "A" gauge next time.
Although, once you do the required number of clicks enough times to view the "B" gauge, it becomes muscle memory and you can do it quickly, without looking.
I have never seen my "B" mpg. I don't think I could get it to work at the time. Either that or it was operator error. :(
That means your B gauge has never been reset? Then it's your "lifetime" MPG, according to the computer. :D
