Dipping the bumper should help eliminate rock chips on the front bumper, as well as giving the car a much more aggressive look.
Amazing stuff..

Thanks for the idea, I did mine this weekend.

I may be doing this sometime in the future as well. Due to its location, that exact place where everyone has plasti-dipped has, on my car, several small deep scratches and indentations.
Does anyone know if these scatches and indentations will affect the plasti-dip job? Would the same scratches show up from under the plasti-dip somehow? Sorry, I know next to nothing about plast-dip.

Reminds me of my former 2011 EVO GSR! Looking good!!
Mine's black, but I'm thinking of doing the plastidip anyway. I've got just over 1000 miles on the car, and already have bug guts and stuff right in that area and it doesn't want to come off easily.
I have been tempted to do this for quite some time. I have recently plastidipped both rear badges but haven't had the balls to do this yet. I think it would look pretty mean on a white mirage.
Oops, just saw "Dracconus" post, looks good!
LOL I started it a year ago. I think even the first plasti-dipper in the forum ;-)
