Okay guys, my car now has 950 miles and now it's been warmer. I just filled up, still 2 bars remaining. Put in 6.48 gallons and drove 304mi. So just a hair under 47mpg. I'm extremely happy with that considering I do mostly suburbam city.

I find I can do pretty good in the city with the lower speeds, even though there are more stoplights.
Yep, I've noticed that mileage has gone up since it's been warming up. Not sure if it's just the 'summer' blend or not but now, I'm averaging 47-51mpg (according to the gauge) for the commute from home to work to home. I've been averaging about 325 miles on a full tank as well.
Great! 46 is pretty solid! Get that 50!
Yeah 50 for a tank will be the goal. I see it pretty often on my commute but not for a tank avg hand calc.
My commute is entirely suburban driving, and I average around 44mpg. Took a long trip this weekend, and coming home from Grove City, PA to Columbus, OH, going the speed limit (or maximum 65mph in the 70mph zones), with the AC on, and 2 American adults, I got 51.2mpg on the dash. Scangauge said slightly differently: 47.7mpg, 201 miles, 3.4 hours of driving, $11.60, 4.21 gallons. Love it.
Mine has been lowered since I use the AC a lot in SoCal and been punching it a bit:-)
