This really blew my mind. Apparently 200 of these trucks were imported to Southern California a few years ago with everything but the drive-train. The importing company planned to put electric motors in them but went belly up....after importing them but before putting any motor in them. So a brand new chassis, ready for an EV conversion for only 1500 bucks and only 200 in all of North America.
