I tried hagling with the dealer and getting the nav kit installed, no luck with that so I was stuck with the basic unit.

I have the nav with the back-up camera and bluetooth integrated. I'm not going to toss that out, so my options are to get the sound quality I want from the stock deck.

I'm getting my Nav unit replaced due to the mic not working on the current one.

The Service Advisor at my dealership indicated that they only do plug and play electronic repairs. Anything else they refer out to a local car stereo shop.

Hello all, just wanted to give an update on this after my installer FINALY got the dashkit in. I actually went with Blaupunkt navigation system and I highly recommend it. However, I did loose my steering wheel interface and existing mic. He told me that he was unable to use the existing mic and that they don't have an after market steering interface for a car this new... Name: image.jpg

Did you get this installed with the stock speakers? If so what kind of sound difference did you detect?

Sorry, didn't mean to post the picture three times. Yes, I had them installed with the stock speakers and the sound quality it puts out is outstanding compared to the original head unit equipped on the Mirage.

Replaced the stock radio, or stock nav unit?

The installer did a really nice job on the install.

Did he have any ideas for hands free calling?
