I found the $9 Autozone antenna. It looks great, but my radio reception took a hit. Going to try it to work and back to see if it gets any better.

With that said, for everyone else who gets his/her antenna, please do your best to describe any signal loss.

I tried the Autozone antenna and one off a Prius. I had a tremendous amount of signal loss. The one installed on the Prius works great on that car, not on mine. The original antenna went back on and all ok again. Shame, I like the other look better.
Smaller ( stubby ) does look better . Job well done . Wonder who the factory stereo is produced by ? Panasonic ?
Cars with stubby antennas have signal amplifiers to compensate for the lower signal the short antenna outputs.
