Headlamp housings - same for hatch and G4?

Can anyone verify for sure if the housings can swap from sedan to hatch?

I am still trying to figure out how to swap the SE LED's into my 2021 hatchback.

If they are interchangable FOR SURE, it would give me more cars to look at.

The parts look up shows it does fit both but I would rather hear from someone who has swapped a housing (Halogen or otherwise) from one body style to the other.

I'd bet a dollar they're the same. The wiring is a lot different between halogen. I didn't look at the led headlight that close but it has one big plug that seems to feed everything rather than having separate external plugs on the halogen model. Going off of memory though so verify that yourself.

Yeah if I can find or rent a car that has them I would look closely at all that. I would be open to change a sub harness or complete underhood harness if needed for a complete and correct OE LED headlamp swap.
