    question about hydraulic lines

Howdy all, This is a question about an air bubble in a hydraulic line. the bubble is in a high spot in the line and removing the line is real hard and traditional bleeding won't purge the bubble, so I was wondering If the line is placed under vacuum would the vacuum collapse the air bubble?

Doing it the old fashioned way will get rid of the air pocket, because its size (volume) will decrease under pressure. It goes like this:
Have one person apply the brakes firmly and retain the pressure, and a second person quickly opening the bleed connector at whatever wheel the line goes to. Close the bleed connector, and then remove the foot from the pedal and repeat a few times. Refill brake fluid as needed. The brake pedal should feel firm now and not spongy any more. If in doubt ask a mechanic.

    Yup.

You just scored yourself a rake fluid change.
