Common passenger cars are nowadays doing good at averaging 0.30 (A lorry/truck is being used as base measurement as it has 1.0 drag coef, creating enormous turbulence behind it and at the front being a wall for the wind).
OMG what you can learn from Discovery channel .... useless knowledge ....

BTW, Dutch ppl are good in pioneering, but transforming it into something useful can be difficult. I don't know what ppl can prove by winning the solar car challenge ... oh solar bike?
