    That explains the fact that the eco light was off when I was cruising at 85.

    cleaned up after yesterday's workout & showing off the steelies

    I had the steelies powder-coated* and am using them for snow tires this winter. I have always used my summer performance tires year round and honestly while they weren't 'great' in the snow I never had an issue in driving or getting anywhere with them. I am counting on the snow tires being tremendously better, but need some good snow to actually test. They did do well in the gravel rallying yesterday FWIW.

    * I do like golden steelies, but if I had to do it over again I would have bought 15" wheels for the winter kicks, a much better variety of tire options. I was going for the most off-road-aggressive looking tread blocks for the tires and with the 14"-ers this is the best I could manage.

    Oh, yeah - METRO - no skid plate.... yet, lol
