I actually just sent him an email last week - he's away on holidays.

Could I be snarky? Here are my issues on my 17 ES 5Mt.
    1. Had to go back to dealer because the headlight was not tucked under bumper properly. I didn't notice because I was too excited to be buying my first BRAND new car. My dealer took care of it no problem. However that should have been noticed off the line in Thailand.

    2. My exhaust is loose. It makes a terrible noise that I thought was a pulley or belt.
Embarrassed to show someone my new car with it making that noise. I haven't gone back to the dealer yet for it. I work 7 days a week and can't be without my BRAND NEW CAR.

    3. One of the brake pads or shoes is slightly hung up under normal driving operations. Woosh Woosh Woosh.
I did a yard test drive as again.. IT'S A BRAND NEW CAR.

I get the impression that the factory didn't quality check everything. Now I have to be INCONVIENCED to find the time in the middle of my jobs busy season to put my BRAND NEW CAR with 500 miles on it down because the quality control on my BRAND NEW CAR, my first one ever I may add was piss poor. Yes I have the warranty, bought the extended one too. But why in the hell am I taking time and lost revenue out of my schedule on a BRAND NEW CAR because someone in Thailand didn't do their job?
    Thanks for your time

    I have a couple questions about my '17 G4.

    1) It has the bluetooth connection in the glove box. If I am using it and then stop the car to go in somewhere, I have to disconnect then reconnect the MP3 player from the cord about 95% of the time. A few times it will work. Car, MP3 player or operator error!

    2) Can the interior light be made brighter? It has very poor interior illumination.

If get a chance to answer, much appreciated.

Other then that, very happy with the revisions on the 17. Wonder if they can tune up the electric wheel on the 15 to match the 17?

Well.... There's the local dealership to be added to the list. Why didn't they catch it?
