You can prime your fuel pump and fuel line easily by using a key that doesn't have a transponder chip, you just hold it in the start position and it'll run the pump as long as you hold it there.

Meaning ... with the non-transponder chip key, when holding it in the START position, the starter motor does NOT turn over, but the pump runs. Right?

Without looking it up in the O.M., I wonder if there's a starter fuse that could be pulled that would accomplish the same thing????

yes, and yes you could pull the starter relay probably

When I was playing around with trying to program a key I found when using a blank key, the engine will crank for 1/2 second the first try then might even try again a second time but after that no more starter. I know if using the correct key the car will kill power to the starter once the engine is running if you hold the key in the start position. So you could drive around all day trying to grind the starter worry free.

    I've got a 2019 Mirage manual ES
I opened up the fuse box for the PTC
And there are two relays and 2 40A fusible links.
It seems the third relay and the third fusible link is missing

I just had the fusible link replaced by the dealer and ask them to check everything and when I got the car back I noticed that this third relay and third fusible link is not there
Dealer says they didn't remove anything
So what in the world is going on and my only supposed to have two or did they remove something?
Some Mirages have 3 (older models maybe), and some have 2 (like my 2017 ES manual). Here are some related discussions on the topic -

In the 2014-2015 they had 3 relays and 3 fuses, in 2017 they changed things up and only came with 2 relays and 2 fuses. I don't know if the ptc heaters changed or???
