    The Mitsubishi Logo

The Mitsubishi logo is rooted deeply in history.

It combines the three-leaf crest of the Tosa Clan and the three-diamond crest of the Iwasaki family.

The three diamonds represent reliability, integrity, and success. But it doesn't stop there.

The word "Mitsubishi, translates to "mitsu" (three) and "hishi" (water chestnut, used in Japan to mean a rhombus or diamond shape).

Looks like the "tri-prop" propeller on the old
Mitsubishi Zero A6M airplane from WWII.

They always did build excellent machines!

    Haha, very cool!

Where did you acquire that? Old things usually come with interesting stories.
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

    Hey Daox,

That's what I call industrial art. Mitsubishi Electric made some beauties back in the day. I found this one on ebay. Low mileage and runs like a top!

Sweet vintage. Mono with a headphone jack.

On some other online forum someone's planning how to 'upgrade' the sound with another amp, speaker & subwoofer.

Treat those capacitors with the dignity & respect they deserve.

Today we present another product that no Mirage owner knew they needed --- the Mitsubishi pen(cil). Mitsubishi Pencil Co. isn’t part of Mitsubishi Group or their keiretsu but the name and logos are close enough for government work. The SXN-210 Jetstream RT (MSRP $3.25) features low-viscosity uni Super Ink and there are not enough o’s in the word smooth to describe it. Happy Thanksgiving!

Huh? Mitsubishi Pencil/Uniball isn't apart of Mitsu Corp?
