    Just FYI, I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to confirm a concrete improvement from a single small mod outside of back-to-back testing in an environment that is as controlled as possible.

    Even without changing anything, if you drove that same trip every day for a week your mileage would vary up & down by several percent for a number of reasons.

    If you're looking to improve the aesthetics of the car why not try something like this?

    A few Civic guys have used and it looked pretty good. I've seen some use it all the way around the car.

    That stuff is literally repackaged garage door weatherstripping, and doesn't hold shape at speed.
