Vented (to the atmosphere) headlights! Normal. Humidity gets in there then when the temperature drops,it condensates to the cold lens.
When you turn the headlights on to use it,it will 'burn' it off,or let the sun do it.
My 14 does the same and only on the passenger side. I'm guessing because the way I park it,there is a tree on the driver side blocking some of the heat radiating into space from the car. (sort of acting like a blanket).
Unless it has standing water in the bottom of the headlight,it's fine!
You can look at the back of the headlamp near the top you will see a little rubber tube in a cavity! That's the vent tube.
