armybaby, thanks for sharing that info. Could you provide more details on those two part numbers? Here is what I could find:

Autopartsonlineshop.com: Genuine Mitsubishi Attrage / Mirage Left Side Mirror 7632B801
Autopartsonlineshop.com: Genuine Mitsubishi Attrage / Mirage Right Side Mirror 7632B802

Neither of these refer to the heated mirror. It would be good to find the part number for the heated mirror.

    Thread revival.

I will be doing a DIY to add heated mirror pads to my current mirrors. I miss the feature. The wiring is indeed to the harness on the door and 100% functional with rear window defrost. :-)

    Excellent.

If you post a separate DIY thread, don't forget to bump this one with the link to the DIY.

Nice, I just happened to order a set of pads today. I don't know if they'll fit (seems like they might be a tight fit), but they're the cheapest I could find on eBay. Figured for $12, what the hell.

And I'm pretty sure the super-duper cheap sub-$10k Canadian stripper model doesn't have heated mirrors, because if it does, mine are broken. :P
