ECO light (not turning on)

Hi

I'm new here and just got my Mirage yesterday

Is there a switch I need to turn on, my ECO light is not working. Already tried multiple driving method, still not on.

Or this feature is only for CVT? I have a 2014 Mirage HB GLS manual.

I can confirm the ECO light is present on the manual transmission cars. Best way to see it come on is to coast in gear with your foot off the gas, or run a constant speed. Mine comes on even at 70 MPH (113 kph) as long as the pedal is held fairly steady.

What suppose to be the RPM range where the ECO light, is expected to light up? Is it between 2k to 3k in the RPM?

It should be on at any RPM above idle as long as the engine is under light to moderate load.

Have you seen yours at all?

I basically have the same issue. Same car a 2014 Mirage GLS HB M/T. And I have never seen my ECO light lit up even if I am city driving or in long distance driving. Not even once. I am concerned if the feature is not available or maybe there's a problem with my mechanism.

Anybody here with the same car model and saw the ECO light lit up?
