Cheap used Mirages you've seen for sale?

This car dealership "seems" to have a good price for a new 2015 Mirage. They mention the price of $8998CDN -in bold print in the title- which translates to about $7000US approx. However, in the small ad text, the price becomes $10,998. I have emailed them, asking which is the real price- no reply.

Most likely the 10k price was the original price, and somebody forgot to update that part of the ad when they lowered the price.
Here in the US, that model is a stripped down DE, not an ES.

This is the best current deal- for a used model- within a few hundred miles of me. The carproof report looks good and the price "seems" fair.

Yeah I'm still looking. No one ever answers me when I ask about the alignment. Zero responses from about 6 or 7 mirage sellers.

Unless they can prove it with a printout it becomes a risk to accept and negotiate on.

It might be the reason for selling. How can you tell?

This rebuilt/salvage one from a few posts back is now at CAD $4900 (about $3675 USD).

Quebec doesn't have the same inspection regs as Ontario, so no.

Also: buying a rebuilt car from Quebec requires an additional structural inspection above and beyond the normal Ontario mechanical inspection.

I looked into buying a rebuilt Quebec car last year -- too many hoops to jump through, so I dropped it.

I think the seller in 'Pittaburgh' is asking too much for a wrecked Mirage, even though it is a 2017. That's gonna be a tough sell at that price.
