The CVT's have this lower value and should partly explain why the CVT gets better fuel mileage than the M/Ts.

Also, if the Power is changed from Normal to High Power, will this achieve the HP available only on the 2017 models which have the same engine as the earlier variants?
Is it CVT option or for manual?

I think most likely this is the multiplier to calculate speed? if this is the case the physical speed will not change, just the odometer/speedo readings.

    I'm real confused.

putting the setting back too 4.055 May be in your best interest.

3.550 likely retards the timing too resist detonation and adjusts fuel tables to accommodate different mechanical attributes it thinks the transmission has. UK cars came with an actual differently geared 5 speed.

but I'm really curious about that high and normal power thing!

Satria_wr posted a great list of the settings you can change with ETACs decoder software. I am just going to post a bunch of images to show those settings. I took a screen shot, hit page down, took another, rinse and repeat. So, these are all of the settings in the ETACs menu that you can change. I didn't poke around too much when I was in there, but I probably will be going back and enabling some of the stuff like instant fuel economy readout and ambient temperature display.

So far, my successful tweaks had been enabling the ECO light & ambient temp display at the MID.

Might be trying what works - next:
    • Change default Fuel Consumption setting from L/100Km to Km/L
    • Enable Instant FC
    • Change Tire Circumference from 1748 to 1784
    • Enable GCC Speed Alarm Indicator
    • Enable Auto Light Control
    • Enable Rain & Light Sensor
    • Enable Rear Fog Lamp
