    Clutch adjustment!!! (Solved shifting problems)

Hey just a heads up to the other MT owners out there!!

Since day one of ownership the clutch hasn't felt right, went in today for a balance on my tires and have one of the EVO loving mirage techs look at the clutch and he came back saying the clutch was way out of adjustment, only the second one with the same exact adjustment issue as mine in the region.

If you feel like your clutch is raking on up shifts and you are grinding 2nd or 3rd more than usual, GO HAVE IT CHECKED!

My clutch was way off from the white one I drove today to see the difference. Now my car shifts way gooder and doesn't feel like CRAP!!

    Public service announcement DONE!

    LOLZ

Glad you got that sorted out.

FYI, also it's pretty easy to adjust the clutch yourself:

Yeah I know but he was nice enough to do it and charge Mitsubishi for it LOL. I love being loved by my dealer/tech!

I'm glad you posted. We've had a few people complain about hard shifting. Could easily be clutch out of adjustment.

    Have it checked.

They were nice enough not to charge me for the adjustment.
