    Haha. I'm just now seeing this. It was no problem at all.

    Also, I have my lift at work so if you or anyone have any requests for pics of anything in detail for research or reference, just let me know and I'll try to get the best shots I can.

    Is this a brand new engine or has it been used in anything else? Anyone know?

    It was designed for the Mirage. It had to meet certain specifications to be built in their Thailand plant.

    Yup... Mirage only.

    The requirements for the Thai Eco Car manufacturing program aren't specifically for the engine - the car just has to meet minimu fuel economy target to qualify. (There's a displacement limit too, but the engine is below it.)

    Interesting - 1.1L 3A91. It doesn't look like either used the 1.0 or 1.2 though.

    Not sure. But if you're asking for reliability, I checked the Philippine forums and no big issue to be found yet... They've had it there for a good year by now...
