    Wiper fix / upgrade

My original wipers were noisy when changing direction at end of swipe and did not wipe well over 60 mph.
    -
I have found a fix, I changed my OE wipers for new aero style found as original equipment on Honda, Lexus, and Subaru late model cars.
    -
    They work great . Are completely silent, Very aerodynamic, and wipe perfect in hard rain or mist at every speed I have tried so far { up to 80 mph }
    -
I have part numbers + instructions and pics.
    -
I will post a couple pics now , part numbers, refill numbers, prices and instructions later.
    -
BTW refills are very cheap . about $4.50 per side

as you can see in pics, they have aero built in that insures good wiper/window contact due to down force of shape.
    -
they are also very low profile as arm fits down into wiper , not sitting on top of wiper like most aftermarket ie bosch etc

I've seen these on a few cars and I've wondered about their performance. I haven't been impressed with expensive wiper blades in the past. I actually normally just run a cheap winter blade year round. I'd be interested to see how these hold up over time.

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

My wifes Honda fit has this style, frame is very strong, refills are cheap and easy to install. The reason I went with these is performance was great on her car and now mine is too. I hated the original wipers on my 2014 Mirage after using her car. So I did research and got some to work nicely. The entire assemblies are about $18-21 each and refills are about $4.50 each. My wifes car is 2009 and I have only refilled a few times. I need to check my notes before posting exact part numbers and cost with instructions. Once installed you will not ever want to go back to old style wipers.

oh , I also use rain-x , and rain-x washer fluid rated for -20F , this also helps with smooth, quiet, efficient wiping. But the rain-x alone did not make original wipers perform much better. UPGRADE + RAIN-X = SWEET

OK here goes, I double checked all part numbers.
    First is passengers side
    Honda wiper assembly part number = 76630-SLN-A11 list price = $23.78 , paid $20.21
    refill number = 76632-STK-A02 list price = $5.85 , will cost me $4.68

this wiper is from the passengers side of a 2008 Honda fit sport, it is 400mm
it is now installed on passengers side of my 2014 mirage DE

Refill is rubber only, but installs easily. Take wiper assembly off car, grab rubber and slide out bottom of blade { bottom if blades were on car and pointing up} reuse steel pieces in new rubber and slide in from "bottom" you will feel it "pop" in when in all the way. see pics coming in a few minutes of refill
