We just celebrated our daughter's birthday.
Talk about changing your outlook on the world. Lucky me.
We love our Mirage - Speck is legendary. Speck can fit! Speck goes where other cars can't because they are too big. There's plenty of room for Mom, Dad, daughter, dog and whatever parcels we need.
The Mirage is an honest car, and is thus misnamed. It's not a Mirage - it's real, and it's honest. It's the Honest Abe Lincoln of cars, the George Washington who 'cannot tell a lie...' It doesn't pretend to be something it's not - no pretense to be found. The Mirage both demonstrates and teaches lessons on honesty. It's a learning aid. No need to bolster any egos by buying an unnecessarily large vehicle.
Speck works great for getting around town. Making our way to swim practice, Speck slips between the lumbering SUVs, minivans & school buses. There's plenty of room for friends, and they enjoy riding in Speck and get to experience the legend first hand.
I expect my daughter to learn to drive in Speck - which is not far away!
Thanks for starting this thread, Alex16. I would like to hear more about everyone's family experiences with their Mirages. Let's have some more posts.
