Radio and Key issues [Update: solved!Check for loose fuse]

    Good day to all,

Im a new user of a Mirage GLS here in the Philippines. Please move my post if this is the wrong thread.

BTW, my problem is everytime that im on a rough road my radio turns off then it goes back on after a few seconds. Also sometimes after i start the car then a few mins it sometimes looks for the key eventhough its in front of the dashboard already. What could be the problem?

There is obviously some electronic problem. I would take it to the dealer.

Take the fuse box door off that is in front of drivers left knee!
You will see a yellow square plastic with 2 fuses in it!
Push in on it! You may hear a click sound as it is now seated in the fuse box! Seen this issue a lot!

Most of the roads back home are rough... I'm sure he would have been able to test it the next time he left home.

    You're welcome! I'm glad it's sorted out!

They either leave that fuse holder un-inserted on purpose to reduce battery drain during storage/transportation before the car is sold or someone at the assembly plant simply doesn't do a good job inserting it. I have seen and heard several cases of this issue that's how I knew the fix for it!
