Is it a loose connector? If so I'd guess it may be for heating the seat when equipped so.

When i saw it there was nothing plugged into it. Should it be plugged onto something? or should i just leave it like that? or should i ask the dealer?

I've seen unplugged connectors under the seats in other cars also. They leave them loose at the factory because there is no use for them on that specfic trim or car. I think this is your case, it doesn't hook to anything on your model. By the way, tomorrow I'll take a look under my seat too.

I'd guess heated seats. Maybe one of our owners with heated seats can check for you.
