    Question Curb light?

    Hey guys! :-)

After lurking around for a while, I decided to become a member.
I'm loving the forum so far, as it gives me a lot of information about my beloved Space Star.

The primary reason for my new membership, is because I have a question for the clever members here on the forum.

I bought a pair of H11 LED bulbs for my fog lights today (which didn't fit, of course), and when i looked at my fog lights I saw that there were actually 2 different bulbs in the fog lights!?

My question is: Does our car have the possibility for "curb light" or what the h... are those extra bulbs for? ;-)

Extra bulbs are for DRL Daytime Running Light

My bulbs look like H11, but the lamp is too big to fit the hole "giggle"

I never drive with the DRL, because it annoys me, that only they are on, but not the tail lights.. So i'm always driving with the lights turned on

I dont think having the tailamps on during the daytime helps any. I would prefer a DRL any day of the week than keeping my lights on all the time.

I have found DRLs to help me see other cars during the daytime, so I know they work.

    P.S.
    I giggled too.

    I'm glad you laughed too

The problem for me, is that it annoys me, when other drivers drive with their DRL, which means zero light on the backside of their car. I don't know why!

Maybe because we live in Denmark, and it gets dark cuite fast in the autum/winter in Scandinavia.. and people forget to turn on the normal light ..

But actually you don't have that problem with the Mirage because of its automatic head beam light control..
I always use my DRL, I only drive with the back light on, if it's foggy weather..

BTW. Hvor kommer du fra (where you from in danish) ? Aarhus her....

    Hej Uheym

Jaa, jeg ved godt at vi er så heldige at vores kære Space Star's kører med automatisk belysning på DRL'en. Men det er bare et eller andet princip for mig hehe

    Jeg er fra Storkøbenhavn.
