    Potential for modifying ECU/ECM settings?

    Has anyone tried hooking up a computer to these cars? Is there a manufacturer diagnostic mode where we could alter AF, MIVEC, etc.?

    I think you would need a MUT-III tool also.

    I googled that, and it is what I was trying to describe. Short of a stand-alone ECU or piggyback, this is as close as we'll get to custom tuning. Now, to find a local shop with one/access to one.

    Thanks for the link! I'm considering getting/borrowing a Tactrix cable and using ECUtek or something similar instead.
