    Removing door trim (side moldings)

My mirage has the "protection package" straight from Mitsubishi which includes the mud flaps and little plastic cover by the rear hatch which i really like, but it also included the black plastic side moldings which i think are just held on with some sort of 3M adhesive. Does anyone have experience removing these side moldings? I think my little white mirage will look much cleaner without them. Any advice would be appreciated!

Fishing line or dental floss is one way to de-badge a car. But badges are little. That's a lot of "sawing" to get those big rub strips off. Then a lot of clean-up with goo-gone or something like it.

Also: pre-heat the area you're working with a hair dryer is another tip I've read several times.
