I guess alarm is afttermarket or dealer installed?
The ES (top of the line) model here does not come with it standard.

Take a picture of your remote.
On the aftermarket alarms, pressing the AUX key before locking enables valet mode.
On the the aftermarket alarms I've had, they install a black push-button switch by the driver door somewhere and clicking it enables/disables valet mode.
