Yes original wheels are 14 inch. If you retained the same tires that were on it,that explains why you had no difference in MPGs.
Correction! The new rims are 15X6.5 and not 7 wide like I said above. Still a lot wider than stock wich is 4 inch if I'm not mistaken.
And a confirmation of MPGs. On the way home from work under ideal conditions for a high seventies display I again barely broke sixties. Looking into the suggested tires...
