Any chance there are photos to share of this? I'm trying to imagine where such a plug would be located.

Thanks for sharing your experience here. Glad to hear everything worked out.
No photos for me, but no costs either.
    Warranty got me this time.

I see in your photo's you have the OEM blue LED shifter illumination. Where is the LED located that projects down on the shifter? I'd like to do this, but with a different color (red). Just curious of it's location and how it's powered.

Sorry for late answer, it is located below the air-con switches pointing down to cup holders, one little hole drilled for the led. Don't know how they are powered, but it lights up when it's too dark and car turns DRL's --> lights on.

I finally installed all of those sound deadening mats to the car.

Didn't take any pictures of the procedure.

With the package, which included 4,5 square meters of mats, I was able to cover whole luggage compartment, below rear passenger seats where the floor mat begins, trunk lid, both front doors (outer layer + filled the holes from inner layer of the door) and couple pieces for both of the rear door (outer layer only).

I still need to continue by purchasing another 4,5 m2 package so I could finish the rear doors and continue the floor all the way to the front.

Would you say the sound defender was worth the investment? Planning on doing the same once I get mine

I need to finish the job with one more package, but closing the doors now is simply awesome.

Will do a longer drive today on highway with car full of people, will see if it is easier to have a conversation.

No news to add. Need to finish the sound deadening project next summer.
Kiwi still going strong about 34 500 km driven so far.
Summer tires needs to be swapped after next week.

Also we visited winter days by Mitsubishi Club Finland.
Here's a small video my friend made:

Ha! I wanted to see your Space Star going slo-mo sideways in that video!

I would have if I had the TCL-off switch.
It's way too aggressive with it on.
(If someone has extra switch i might buy it, can't tell if there is a plug for it in the harness for the switch already)
