    Maxspeed Lowering Springs

Got me a set of Maxspeed springs for my Mirage G4

Before the spaces on the front wheel arch was about 4 and a half of my fingers, and 4 flat on the rear archs. Now it's 2 in the front and 1 finger at the back.

I noticed that the mirage has a bigger wheel arch in the fronts like most cars do.

Ride quality is mostly the same on smooth roads. Speedbumps are jarring especially on the rear. at front, it's negligible. Haven't experienced rubbing at the rears though since I mostly drive by myself and with my girlfriend 90% of the time. (wheels are Rota Grid Racing 15's wrapped with Bridgestone RE002 195/50/15's at 30psi)

Body roll has hugely improved!, before I had the front and rear tower struts only, they did a bit of improvement but the springs made the difference night and day!

What are the spring rates on those? Also do they list how much they lower by?

I am not sure coz maxspeed's quite vague even if it's been in production for so long.
It lowered all around by 1.5" based on my before and after finger measurement on the wheel arch gap

Can we get an update now that you've had the springs on longer? Still happy?

Thanks for the update. It does look a bit low in the back per your pictures above.

Would those rubber lifters work on the hatchback?

    yes. they're custom fabricated.

i had new ones made by a better company. had them make a 1.5" on the left and 1" on the right for an even stance on all tires.
