Clutch Pedal Stiff in Cold Weather

Has anyone else living in a colder region noticed the clutch pedal being stiff, somewhat sluggish during first few mins after driving that seems to resolve itsself once the vehicle is up to temp?

Maybe a little, but the clutch is so damned light anyway it's hard to notice!

    Cable needs to be lubricated?

Just use light oil (a few drops off dip stick) and pump clutch a few times. Repeat several times.
