185/60R14 (+20mm) do not have any rubbing issues, 195/50R15 have some at higher load.
If you wanna have "rally" look with tires sticking out I suggest finding a body shop which would roll fenders for you.

Here are some pics of 195/50-15 with 40 (mm) offset.
I had no rubbing issues but for the short time I had them on the car,I never really had the car loaded down with weight.
I really liked the way they looked but I am kind of a hardcore fuel economy guy and less of a looks guy so after I saw what it did to my fuel economy,I took them off.

About 20-25% drop in fuel economy. Which probably would have improved once the new tires lose some of their super sticky condition.
