    One more reason to meet each other (or the cars, and see whats different :P ) Cleartec mine has almost 30.000 km on the clock..
    I really only find it's hard to get into reverse gear, but the clue is to loose the clutch and try again or put it in a nother gear before going to reverse..

    Yeah I have same issue. Because the gear is without synchro and straight tooth, it is hard to engage "sometimes". what I have learnt is to engage in 1st then R. As you will get no grind because of the transmisson being stopped
