If you keep having this issue make sure to change the oil well before the typical scheduled interval, use the shorter schedule in the owners manual. Oil and water do not play nice together and you can damage the engine.

Maybe make a habit of taking the car for a longer drive once a week or so, to get the condensation out.

You'd need an hour drive to warm oil and evaporate moisture sufficiently.
