Alright ahausheer. I'll keep you on the list anyways till the month timeline lapses.

By the way, picking up a new TIG tomorrow considering the current MIG is dead and most people prefer TIG anyways, although MIG is plenty suitable.

Well mine will be powdercoated/painted over so don't expect it to look that fancy. :P

Haha sorry Rival, didn't mean to indirectly set expectations. I'd prefer it PC'd/painted anyways. Speaking of... color choice or just black? :-)

No worries, I was making a light joke. Probably just black. There probably won't be enough units sold to justify the price increase of getting them done in different colours.

Perhaps, this would stop my Space Star from jumping like a kangaroo when rolling in first gear with light on and no throttle. But shaking of the car with start-stop system would be much more, I think.

I haven't noticed any real difference in vibrations on start up but there is a little more during idle when the car is cold. I'll have to see the next time I start the car.

EDIT: What if you modify either an existing strut brace or fabricate your own, and run an absorber from 2 smaller mounts on the strut bar and on top of the existing engine mount. It would be far less parts, less steel, less cost, less weight.

I did a quick sketch to better elaborate.

I like this idea and perhaps the cheapest solution for me .. but I don't know what brand of engine damper should I select .. D1 Spec, NRG, Ingalls Stiffy, Weapon R, or those universal China brands..

If it helps, the kit I'm producing has the damper and hardware included. You just need the stock hardware and tools. And if your suspension is as stupid stiff as mine is, thread locker.
