If you want to maintain speedometer/odometer accuracy, just make sure the tires you use have a similar diameter to the original 165-65-14 Dunlop Enasaves (which is 22.4 inches).
The size of your wheels doesn't affect the speedometer...it's the size (diameter) of the tires you need to look at.
Go to tiresize.com and click on the Tire Comparison tab. Input 165-65-14 and the tires you are considering...then click the Compare button. You will be able to see any speedometer error.

If you don't buy tires carefully after going to a 13" rim (like buying low profile tires) the total diameter of the rim/tire combination will be less than the 14" rim with stock tires and the car/transmission will effectively be in a "lower gear". This means the speedo will report a lower speed and the odometer will record fewer miles/klicks than actual. You should experience faster acceleration with a lower top speed and higher rpm at that speed. The opposite will apply if you go up to a 15" rim and fail to account for total diameter when buying tires.
The inaccuracy may not be much but depends of course on how far one departs from the stock diameter.

if your tire/wheel diameter is LESS than OEM size your tires will be turning more revolutions per mile/km than the programmed calibration which will mean that your speedometer will read FASTER than your actual speed (speedo reads 60, actual speed 58). This does make your Mirage "Lower" geared (which is actually a increase in the final drive ratio) which could improve your acceleration depending on the amount of reduction but would penalize your cruising mpg/km-l because the engine is turning more rpm's to achieve the same actual speed.
Conversely having a tire/wheel diameter MORE than OEM your tires will be turning fewer revolutions per mile/km than the programmed calibration which means that your speedometer will read SLOWER than your actual speed (speedo reads 60, actual speed 62). This makes your Mirage "Highered" geared (which is actually a decrease in the final drive ratio) which could decrease your acceleration (scary thought) but "might" improve your cruising mpg/km-l because the engine is turning fewer rpm's to achieve the same speed.
There isn't a lot of room in the Mirage fender well to go with a too much larger overall diameter wheel/tire combination. However with 13" rims, you could get some smaller diameter tires than OEM.
