Did you get 13 rims on your car? I tried too get 13 on mine but it will not fit because off det front brakes. So i must put back mine 14 rims. It's not the offset that was the problem but the size.

I have heard that the 2017 Mirage has larger brakes, so with 13" rims the calipers hit the rim.
My Mirage is a 2015 so I've fit 13" Honda rims with 100mm 4 bolt pattern, and the alloy VX rim that has a optimum offset.
I don't know what type of front calipers the 2016 models have, what year is yours?

I don't know what to say except that if they are older Honda Civic rims 13"x5.5" they should fit.....mine came off a mid to late 90's Civic.
I would find out what make of rims they are for a start then try to re-sell them.....is it possible that some Mirage's exported to specific countries have different (larger) calipers?

Edited to add: I just saw in your garage that they appear to be Ronal & Dezent rims, I'm not familiar with that brand, I would contact them first.

I have tried differt types off 13 rims. Mine Spacestar/Mirage is a europe type so maybe it's differt types off brakes. It look for me that you can have from 14 rims and larger, not smaller. The rims i have now is Ronal and Dezent in 14 size.

Europe, Australia & Asia had a 2016 Mirage Model. They increased the size of the brakes to their current configuration. North America skipped 2016 and waited until the 2017 refresh to get the change in brake size along with the fascia and other incremental changes so to summarize 13" wheels won't fit 2016+ Mirages to the best of my knowledge.
