Unhappy Mirage G4 sedan not available until the fall in U.S? Delayed?

Called customer service and was told this . What a bummer ! Hopefully , it's miscommunication . The G4 is already on their website for the U.S.. Can build and price . Silly , for a car that won't exist until 5 months or more . Wonder if the gas mileage cover up is having an impact .

    Just a thought:

I wonder if the person you spoke to was thinking about the hybrid Outlander news. Mitsu did announce that car has been delayed.

Here's the Canadian news release saying the G4 will be on sale this spring:
    http://www.mitsubishi-motors-pr.ca/c...le-this-spring

At the time that release was published, Mitsu's PR rep for the U.S. said the G4 would be available around the same time in the States.

She said fall and then checked with someone else with same results . I stated G4 sedan numerous times . Like you said , it's the waiting game .

    G4 "this month"

Mitsu USA sent out an email newsletter yesterday that includes:

It is heading to dealerships this month
    Source: http://view.mimet.mmsa.com/?j=fe5812...007e701779&r=0

    ...

The 2017 Mirage G4. Appearing soon in a showroom near you.

What does a car company do when it has a hit like the Mirage? Make it even better than ever before. The all-new 2017 Mirage G4 sedan features front fog lamps and a lowered front grille to not only look ultra-stylish on the streets, but also to deliver great aerodynamics and fuel efficiency. Plus, the Mirage G4 is loaded with technology features like the Display Audio Smartphone Link system, connecting your smartphone in a safer way to get easier access to making calls, sending and receiving messages, getting directions and more. Yet the 2017 Mirage G4 still starts at just $13,995. Interested? It is heading to dealerships this month, so be one of the first to own this feature-packed new Mitsubishi!

Given that the manufacturer of the G4's chief rival just bought 30% of Mitsubishi, I will be happy if it EVER gets here....

Agreed - i f the Nissan takeover had happened a year or 2 ago, I bet the plans would be very different for the sedan in North America than they are now.
