    Daox,
So the Metro had 55hp?? I always wondered what they had under the hood. How much does the car weigh?

The Metro came with numerous engines through the years. The main flavor was a 1.0L 3 cylinder that had 55 hp. It also came in a re-cammed version (plus a few other tweaks) called the XFI that had 49 hp and even better fuel mileage. Adding to the selection at some point was a turbocharged 3 cylinder. I forget the power output, but it was less than 100. However, they also came with a couple different 1.3L 4 cylinder engines as well, and those had around 100 hp I believe.

The curb weight rose quite a bit through the years. My 99 weighs in at 1859 lbs. I know earlier years weighed less. For example, googling shows the 1992 weighed in at a 1694 lbs.

I shared my first love in my Garage but I'd love to show her off a bit more

I'm actually buying another 3g eclipse on Saturday so I can start on the racecar. We have a 2.2m circuit being built 10 miles away from the garage.
