    anyone have factory springs, shocks?

Hoping someone has factory components removed from the car they could snap pictures of with a tape, or just post up measurements.

Front\Rear springs I'm looking for top and lower pocket id, and overall resting height.

    Shocks, overall leangth. Compressed leangth.

I'm going too junkyard Monday and spotted a fiesta st, and a few other cars in the same realm. The fiestas share a similar rear setup, curious if the springs and shocks interchange. Peeked underneath last week and they look like they might.

Remember people, lkq is 40% off Monday!

I actually do have some factory front shocks laying around, as well as the stock springs from my swap. I'll try to get some measurements tomorrow evening.

    both sides were 2 1/8?

9" at rest under car weight, at rest?

    130lbs/in is light!!!! dang!

fyi, random note..... tokico, maker of factory shocks, lists 2 different shocks for the rear, and labeled one as "13 inch rim model" i didn't know they produced these with 13" rims? also no specifications were given other than that.

Interesting that people are already wrecking their Fiesta STs. Lol

I wonder if the seats would fit our cars?

The faster the car, the faster the wreck.

Those look like really fun cars though.

I got a few minutes so I took my car apart, and got the rear measurements. The fronts more involved so hopefully someone can pull thru for me..

Rear spring measurements were correctly stated above.

I found a few things cross referencing Monroe shocks guide.
If anyone's really desperate for adjustable shocks, you have 2 choices but both require very slight modifications.

Monroe shocks aren't adjustable but any shocks from this car should work, and both have adjustable options available

Toyota echo shocks (Monroe part 5987) for years/specifications

The issues with echo shocks would be the droop. Essentially if y caught air or full droop, the spring could pop out. They're 26.25" long extended but you have too add an inch because how our shock mounts. You could easily add droop stops, there's a few convenient spots readily available under the car. I personally would limit travel at 26" measured from upper shock mount to spring mount. My 2 cents. But these should bolt right in.

Other option would include Monroe item #5988 it's off the e46 BMW so it's meant for a larger, much heavier car. This is pretty much an identical shock mounting wise, except the bottom would need too be trimmed. Very easily done. The bushing is a little wide, is all, but nothing else needed.

They're may be more shocks that will fit from other cars but I assumed something incorrect and would need too go back thru the list. Koni makes adjustable shocks for the echo

There's a guide available thru Monroe, then you can cross reference from there.. If I can I'll link too it but it's a PDF so I don't know how.

M10 top stud, m12 bottom bolt for shock, 1.5" (it's like 1.48x whatever metric size that is) bushing width on the bottom

Springs are 3/8 dia, 12 3/8 fully extended (roughly) and 2 1/8 ID for the pocket, "squared" on both ends
