It looks like you have the CVT model. I understand that Mitsubishi does not have a dealer network in Pakistan. Fortunately Amsoil makes a CVT fluid that is compatible with Mitsubishi specs. There is a Amsoil dealer in Lahore.

Since the CVT is just a drain and fill (no filter) changing the fluid at recommended intervals is critical for long term CVT health. Lots of good information here and I bet that your Mirage is pretty unique there in Multan !

Yup, it's CVT & the only Sapphire Blue in Multan out of total 3.
You are absolutely right! there is no dealership network for Mitsubishi in Pakistan. If you want one, you have to import it.
1st thing I've done after importing the car was to change transmission oil & engine oil, the car was driven 39500 kms (24545 miles) in Japan.
Mechanic from whom I got the fluid changed asked me to get the next oil change after driving 35000 kms (21748 miles). Is it okay or should I change it before this limit?
I didn't know about Amsoil so I purchased Toyota CVT Name: Fluid.jpg

4.75 litre (5 quarts) was used.

I would say change it ASAP. The Toyota CVT fluid is made by a German company called Ravenol. Here is a link to the specs and it doesn't list compatibility or certification for Mitsubishi. With all of the heat you have there proper fluid is critical.

The part number on the metal can you have corresponds with their manufacturing.

The Green A with the circled arrow around it is the "Auto Stop & Go" feature. When activated the engine will automatically shut off while at a stop light, or in heavy traffic to save fuel. When you take your foot off the brake the engine will auto start and you'll accelerate. If you are driving down the road it will never activate. It's only intended for heavy traffic situations like city traffic. Even then it will only function under certain conditions. Since the heat is so intense there in Multan I doubt it is activating very much. From another post here are some conditions that it won't activate under.
You don't use your safety belt.
    - The driver's door is not completely closed.
    - The bonnet is open.
    - The coolant temperature is too low.
    - The airco system is busy cooling the inside of the car. (Climate Control).
    - The inside of the car is heated. (Climate Control).
    - The rear window heating is 'on'.
    - The airco is in 'auto'-mode and switched in either the max or min position.
    - After starting the car it has not gone faster than 5 km/h.
    - After starting the car no more than 30 seconds have passed.
    - The car is started and stopped within 10 seconds.
    - The selection handle of the CVT is in any other position than 'D'. (AS&G will not function in 'Ds'!)
    - The Automatic Stability Control is either switched off or active.

The switch is simply to turn it off. It's on by default. If you turn it off then the engine will not shut off automatically. There is no harm in switching it off. Your fuel mileage might be worse but it really depends if it's really activating very often due to your current driving situations.

The Orange box you've outlined is simply a service reminder for oil change & regular maintenance. You can reset it, reprogram it to different intervals or turn it off completely (which is what I did). I do my own maintenance and don't like an annoying "maintenance nanny" on the information screen. Here is a link to how to reset it, modify the intervals, or turn it off. It's kinda tricky to do and it took me a bunch of attempts to get the sequence just right to shut it off entirely.
