heated seats for Mirage in Canada?

Hi guys! new here and I'm Wondering if we'll get heated seats too like the one I saw in a youtube video. If we do then that would be great cause it gets extremely cold in Canada.

Hi noneetoj... welcome to the forum!

I think I remember seing the heated seats in a U.K. review. Not sure if they're going to be available in North America... it's not on the initial specs sheet for the US cars anyway.

Are you considering one of these cars? What are you driving now?

another retrofit question, maybe the wiring will be in place. Ya gotta think all the wiring harnesses would be the same. Maybe someone can look under their seat and see if there is a unplugged connector

@Metro - Thanks man! Yes, my eyes are locked on the mirage. I don't have a car yet, I just moved in here in CA.

Found the photo guys! I just hope it makes it here in Canada.

Center console area, you can see the switch for the two front seats.

Well, heated seats would definitely make sense in Canada (and much of the U.S.).

We will know more in another couple of months, when the first media previews of the North American car start appearing (Sept.).

Also, I somehow stumbled upon some after market butt warmers. Does not look hard to install.

I would just use the OEM switch. The seat heaters would be from an aftermarket kit. I installed one in my GTO and it was fantastic. $99 per side from Summit.

The part number for the OEM switch is MB803872. MSRP $80.

It doesn't seem like the USA Mirages got the heated seats. How difficult or easy would it be to add this feature? We have an OEM switch part number thanks to rednwhitecooper, but what else would be needed and is the wiring and necessary connector even there under/near the seats?
