the cost isn't high. According to my OBD-II device, my car would use 0.7L for an hour of idling, which is like 85 cents. My average goes up 0.1L/100km fairly quickly when I'm idling. I'm trying to get a tank under 3.9L/100km (60MPG) so I turn off the engine if I have to wait more than 30 seconds.

I did not see the thread head that it should have been a CVT ..
I will make a video more with defrost-climate control and rear window heater on.
So you can see what happens..

Looks like vidme is shutting down and the videos are no longer viewable. Uheym, do you suppose you could re-post these videos elsewhere?

I have start/stop in my car and in traffic condition where im always moving meter by meter i turn it off. The system is good for traffic lights. The battery is very expensive, more than double.

Interesting. Can you post some pictures Vitaminado? It would be good to see your setup, including battery and alternator as I understand the alternator is different as well as the battery.

A rental Cruze had ASG. I didn't like it. I thought the engine shutting off , in some cases, for 5-6 seconds, was dumb.

My ex commented that it was guaranteed to work flawlessly until the one time you have to stop at 2am, in the sketchiest hood there is, because a google detour took you there.

How did you turn it off? I don't like it. It impede a fast getaway on hills for experienced drivers like me.
