    Smashed Windows Christmas Gift :-/

Woke up this morning to my rear window and passenger front door windows smashed in. Things moved but nothing stolen since I keep nothing of value in my car. Just a super ****ty thing to happen, in my 'secure' underground parking garage. :-\

Wow, at least it was in a covered area, and not outside getting rain or snow inside. Hope they can catch the jerk.

Nope, no surveillance. Don't ask me why...

Yes, glad the elements won't get in. Just wrong time to be paying the $500 deductable.

Good point. These things are not usually solitary events. Be sure to call it in.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune.

My car and two others were hit, mine was the worse though. The others just had one side window broke a piece. I had to file a report to get my insurance to cover it. It's so frustrating.

don't report that to your insurance man. Just get it changed out of pocket. It'll probably be close to, if not less than 500 anyways if you shop around. And insurance companies are vampires, they'll raise your rate for any asinine reason.

Nope, rates won't raise with this theft, already checked on that.

I only have Today off for the next 16 days, and since it can get repaired today, the convenience out weighs the money savings, which are miniscule anyway.
