Yup. The dealer sent out an ad today. The ad was supposed to have a generic stock number.
Well I went in after calling them before the ad was sent today.
Showed them the ad. Well..... I got a 2017 Mirage ES with extra options. 5mt. Sunset orange. 11,500. Msrp was in the low 14.
Picking up tomorrow. Fiancé gets jellybean my 15 ES. Name: Message_1482879627640.jpg

Thanks. My interest went down 1.5 % too Lol. Both payments are less than 500 a month. Insurance for both is 233 a month. About 11% of my net income

Cool. Let us know what you think about the suspension, and if the rear axle has any alignment problems.

Congrats on the new wheels. We'd definitely like to hear feedback on what you like and don't like about the 17.

Ok.. So I just got in from dealer.
Ride quality definitely improved over the 15. Stiffer suspension. Less body roll. No more frigging dead spot in the wheel.
Kinda what Mitsubishi should have done to begin with for the north American market.
Will be upgrading to a 17 suspension on the 15 at tax time.
The larger brakes helped. Will be looking to upgrade those on the 15.
Still a little wonky in corners. Not nearly as bad as the 14/15.
1/2 gears are tall. Found the cars sweet spot around 2750 rpm. Real butter there. I like 5th gear cause I can run at 30 mph in it. But....
6th gear is needed for a better fuel economy at hwy speed. I would image 50 mpg is easily achievable with a better od gear for 55+ mph travel.
5 is great for that city to 55mph speed. Then after that......
    It does need 6.
Love the upgraded interior. The seat cloth choice is FAR better than the 14/15 De. I do like the 15 ES cloth better than the 17 ES cloth. I like the softer feel to the cloth in the 15.
Wish they went with the bluetooth on the wheel as a standard option. It has more functions than the cheap one on the lower tier cars. Plus now it pulls contacts from my phone vs when I tell it to call someone on the 15 ES. ... It is voice activated via the radio.
Mitsu should ditch the cheaper version.
However overall. .. I enjoyed the maiden voyage..
