Exclamation Uh-oh i got some weird squealing noise from the passenger side..

Ok so I was driving home from a restaurant and half way home I hear a squealing noise coming from the passenger side wheel. It only seems to get louder when I speed up. Seems to be something on the wheel like breaks or maybe cv joint? Any have this problem? Taking it to dealership tomorrow hopefully covered by warranty but I do have the car lowered an 1" so hopefully they don't decline me.

Did you drive through any standing water beforehand? Could be the belt slipping.

No it definitely wasn't the belt slipping because I shut the car off when I got home and rocked it back n forth and it still made the noise.

Could be a small rock stuck in the front disc or some other material that's making contact.

I hope so lol. It's really loud when doing 40mph. Doesn't seem to make a sound difference when pressing brakes.

I agree. Happened on my sister-in-law's Hyundai once.

Yep! It was some dirt/rock/snow mix. Left it sit in my.garage so the snow would melt off and I took it for a drive just a couple hours ago. It squeaked for a second then never did it again.
