    2017 Mirage ES

    Bought new from dealer.
Headlight not tucked under bumper properly.
    Clutch had poor adjustment.
    Exhaust has loosened.
Woosh from brakes like warped rotor or brake shoe making contact.
    Oh, frozen washer fluid.
All in the first 500 miles.
Plus side I paid 12, 100 for a 14, 635 msrp car. With led and exterior package and bluetooth
Obviously that doesn't include the extended warranty, tax title registration plus the nickle and dime dealer fees.( thanks taxachuaetts )
But I'm averaging about 42 mpg.
And they really did an excellent job of straightning out the dead spot in the steering and omg the suspension is WAY better than my 15. Brakes are stronger too.
Plus I do love my sunrise orange. It stands out. People ask me about the car.
I don't go ramble about the issues I got.
Overall I love my car. Just wish more attention was paid to the dealer prep......
Glad I bought it over chevy Honda or toyota. And screw Hyundai for pricing themselves out. Always thought I was gonna buy me a Kia or Hyundai for 8,999 like they used to be

Way!!! To Go!! Mirage!! It's always best to take it back and make them make it wright!! Mitsubishi are a Very Good car!! I'm glad you feel the Way you do about the Mirage!!! Mitsubishi needs more Advertising!!! Then what it gets!!! I'm on my second Mitsubishi if my wife didn't have a service dog I would still have my 014 Mirage. So now I have a 2015 Outlander SE. You will love the MPG of your Mirage! It gets far better then Toyota,Honda, and Kia,Hyundai. I got 50.8 mpg with mine driving between 65&70 on the freeway. So don't listen to the consumer Reports!! They get Paid to promote the other cars!! So be proud of your Mirage and Advertise it!!!

Minus those minor issues, I think the car will serve you well in the long run.

The car is good overall. I just don't have the time to put the car down at the moment without a loaner or rental. And why should I pay a rental on a new car? Lol.

Agreed with the price, minus the minor issues it had. Got my 2015 Mirage for $8900, brand new and only had 50 miles on it, right out the door. When I tell people how cheap it was, they always get a surprised look. They always assume it's priced with the 2015 Civic/Corolla/Focus, which is around the 16-18k range back in 2015 if I remember correctly. So, getting a brand new car that's half the price of a Civic/Corolla...I am really satisfied.

Ya I paid higher than I perhaps should have but all the dealers in my state are high on these cars.if I bought from mid west/ south I could have gotten it closer to that price but little cars sell higher here

Now if Mitsubishi offered this in a 2 door, no way I would have paid more than 10k for it. I wanted a 2 door, but I love the mirage
